Director of Construction
"Designing and building a new residence or commercial office should be every bit as rewarding for the owner, as living in it."
Jeff Ewing is the Director of Construction for the WWA Subsidiary, Landmark Central Division. Jeff's responsibility is to oversee day-to-day operations of the company and its projects. After serving in the US Army, Jeff began his construction career with managing the family owned construction company, Dan Karcher Construction.
During his tenure with Dan Karcher, Jeff oversaw daily operations and developed new systems and procedures to streamline the company, helping the firm report positive earnings every year he served as partner. While working with Dan Karcher Construction, Jeff worked on the design and construction of numerous multi-million dollar waterfront homes and hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial property.
Jeff left Dan Karcher and founded Ladera Construction which focused primarily on commercial construction. During his tenure with Ladera Jeff became a member of Xecutive Homes' construction team. WWA ultimately acquired Xecutive Homes' assets through Real Estate Development Investment Group (REDIG), an investment fund which is used to execute WWA's mergers and acquisition strategies.
In 2007, Jeff served as President of the Tampa Bay Builders Association, the 3rd largest builders association in the state of Florida and the 12th largest in the nation with over 1,700 members. In 2008, Jeff was honored by his peers as regional Builder of the Year, recognizing his overall contribution to the industry.
Jeff is an active member on the Board of Directors for the Florida Home Builder Association as well as the National Association of Home Builders. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction.
