Mr. Hill is a Partner and is a key player in helping to define the global strategy for Waddell, Williams & Associates. Additionally, Mr. Hill sets performance standards throughout the organization as well as ensures they are met.

A retired Morgan Stanley (MS) executive, Mr. Hill held several senior management positions with the company during his 32-year tenure. He most recently held the position of Head of Operations for MS International Consumer Banking Group and was responsible for all card operations for the international consumer group including operational/reputational risk, vendor management, contract negotiations, annual operating budget, contact center operations and all customer-facing activities. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Hill served as the President/COO of Morgan Stanley, Discover Bank and the Vice President of Discover Card, a Bank with assets in excess of $16 billion. Additional responsibilities included Director of National Operations, and Director of Strategic Planning.

Mr. Hill has been very active with many civic and professional organizations including Delaware State University Trustee, University of Delaware College of Business and Economic Visiting Committee, Delaware Business Roundtable, Wilmington Urban League, appointed Chairperson-Employers' Council on Welfare to Work by Delaware Gov. (now Senator) Tom Carper, Glasgow Scotland Chamber of Commerce, Delaware Chamber of Commerce, Director - Discover Bank, Director - Morgan Stanley Bank, Ltd. in London England, American Bankers' Association, and President - Delaware Bankers Association.

Mr. Hill currently serves on the Board of Visitors at South Carolina State University, Worldwide Board of Directors for Junior Achievement (received the Bronze and Silver Merit Awards for Outstanding Service) and a member of The Kiwanis Club of Williamsburg.
