Edie Waddell

Edie Waddell is Vice President of Business Development for Waddell, Williams & Associates (WWA). She serves as President of WWA subsidiaries Landmark Development Group Central Construction Company, SunBelt Distinctive Properties and Florida Tradition Realty. Her responsibilities include managing the operations of all real estate related companies acquired through WWA's mergers and acquisition strategies. This includes managing the daily operations for WWA's construction company, asset management company and sales organization. Ms. Waddell sits on the investment committee and works with senior management on insuring the profitability of WWA investment funds and subsidiaries.

Ms. Waddell has extensive operations management experience and prior to joining WWA; Ms. Waddell retired from McDonald's Corporation with over 34 years of service to the organization where she was most recently Vice President in U.S. Operations. Throughout her tenure with McDonald's Ms. Waddell held senior level positions in various departments including Operations Development, Product Development, Training, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Affairs, Real Estate and Construction. From 2001 to 2003, Ms. Waddell served as Vice President and General Manager of McDonald's, Michigan Region. During Ms. Waddell's tenure as Regional Vice President in Michigan, the region rebounded from the lowest ranked region in the United States to sustaining a ranking among the top five regions in the country.

Ms. Waddell is responsible all aspect of operations with the WWA subsidiaries including profit and loss. She utilizes her years of experience in managing multiple departments, functions, people and initiatives including developers, contractors, governments and capital markets to build and grow WWA investments, investment funds and subsidiaries.

Ms Waddell is a nationally recognized Crain's Business Magazine "100 Most Influential Woman in Business Award Recipient". She has been recognized as one of the "Fortune 500 Women at the Top" and she has served on a variety of charitable boards including: The Hutzel Hospital for Woman, Ronald McDonald Children Charities and the WWA Foundation.
